]]> I forgot to say that we had our annual Lutelag a few days back. Each year colleges and ex-colleges gather to eat lutefisk, we’ve had this tradition for many years. Each year we eat at a different restaurant, this year we chose Holbergstuen, an old but cozy one – it was a success. Great food and calm environment. I ate two portions this year.
