I feel very safe having them around me.
Oskar, a seven year old kid were stopped at the air port security today, at our local airport Flesland here in Bergen. Guess what the security guys had to confiscate?

It makes me wonder; the day we really need the security guys – will they be able to protect us?

I dag kjøpte Oskar (7) seg et Donald-blad med leke, han ble stoppet av sikkerhetsvaktene og terror-våpenet ble konfiskert, her er våpenet :

Bra jobbet Flesland! De har i mellomtiden unskyldt hendelsen men gjort er gjort! Jeg opplever stadig slikt på Flesland, i en kø ser jeg at folk må ta av seg skoene tvert, mens ingen behøver dette i en annen kø. Det er utrolig forskjell på de som jobber der. Jaja, gratis underholdning! Problemet er at når vi virkelig trenger dem en dag, vil de klare å gjøre jobben sin?

That’s a pretty scary looking little red plastic fan gun, especially in the hands of a 7 year old.
I’ve seen similar things when I have been through airport security. I wonder what has happened to common sense. And I agree with your statement:

Life is full of surprises. I think Norway learn from US, then adds some. 🙂
It is not just Norway and the USA.These idiots turn up everywhere.Surely it is not beyond our collective wit to employ them in places where they are not an absolute nuisance,say perhaps holding up trees or as kerbstones or toadsexers.
