Toy from Donald Duck too dangerous for airport

We are lucky to have such brave and intelligent people at the airport security! I feel very safe having them around me.

Oskar, a seven year old kid were stopped at the air port security today, at our local airport Flesland here in Bergen. Guess what the security guys had to confiscate?

It makes me wonder; the day we really need the security guys – will they be able to protect us?

    hi Øyvind,
That’s a pretty scary looking little red plastic fan gun, especially in the hands of a 7 year old.
I’ve seen similar things when I have been through airport security. I wonder what has happened to common sense. And I agree with your statement:
“the day we really need the security guys – will they be able to protect us?”
Not if they’re too busy stopping 7 year olds with little plastic fans. 🙁 Steve, the trade show guru

Oh my, maybe the seven year was really a cleverly disguised midget with a high-tech ray gun all along! 😀

Life is full of surprises. I think Norway learn from US, then adds some. 🙂

It is not just Norway and the USA.These idiots turn up everywhere.Surely it is not beyond our collective wit to employ them in places where they are not an absolute nuisance, say perhaps holding up trees or as kerbstones or toadsexers.
