We came home from Rhodes yesterday, a wonderful place but on Friday we suddenly heard the news about what had happened back home, a bomb in Oslo and the shootings at Utøya. It was though to be that far from Norway. Things will never be the same, but together we will be stronger than ever.

Heres a few shots I took. We didn’t recognize the Esperia hotell from the brochure, the photos there must be 30 years old. Oh well, that is how things are.

Beautiful photos! Rhodes looks so lovely. I especially like the photos of the fort – is that the Fort of St. Nicholas?

Hi Emm! No its the Fortress of the Knights in the old city. A beautiful fortress. Too many shops and restaurants there now though..
