A challenge from Fjordlykke

I received a challenge from Fjordlykke! (Fjord Happiness hehe) Its been a while since I was challenged so I thought this would be fun. Her challenge involves a link to a Norwegian blog Åpent hus, if you’re interested you can click the Norwegian flag here but I’ll leave this part out in the English challenge reply. 🙂

The challenge goes like this:

“Present something that has a high immaterial value for you. (Something that you valuate more than it really cost) and explain why. Then link to the lottery-post and forward the challenge to two blogs. Earlier posts can also be used. Remember to forward your challenge to two new blogs”.

I chose something that brings back a great memory. When I was in the army we lived in a small cottage near the Russian border, it could take weeks until we saw civilization and when we finally got the chance I had the time of my life walking around in Kirkenes just enjoying the life and talking to people. I once bought a Zenith camera from a market and I chatted with the Russian guy for a long time. After the deal he gave me (for free) some coins and medals. I opened my memory-box tonight and found these, the instance I saw them I once again was reminded by the great feeling when we got time off and became part of the real world again. 🙂

Heres the stuff:

I challenge: Ken, my favorite Ire and The awesome Kipperfrog.

Fantastisk! Og jeg tenker at selv om militæret sikkert var knalltøft var det jo et eventyr .
Tipper mange har opplevd mye spennende. Møte mennesker og oppleve steder man aldri ville sett ellers:)
