We had a great time and concentrated on spending as much time with the children as we could. The evenings were stunning and I never get tired of the hut’s view but I’ve always been irritated that I can’t capture the stunning views with my «camera». This time I tried HDR and I’m very happy with these shots. Here they are:

Vi var så heldig med været! Ungene koste seg og vi fikk ladet opp batteriene. Utsikten blir jeg aldri lei og kan ta tusenvis av bilder. Men ofte irriterer jeg meg over at jeg ikke får fanget det godt nok opp på bildene. Solnedgangen er så utrolig flott. Denne gangen prøvde jeg med litt forskjellige instillinger og HDR, da ble det litt bedre. Her er noen av mine favoritter:

We were lucky with the weather, for the first time this year I felt the spring coming. I never get tired of the view from the hut.

    Not many flowers yet, I hope to see more very soon.

Det var litt av en jobb, men heldigvis var været bra så det var bare en fryd å være der ute. Jeg blir aldri mett av utsikten fra hytten.

But we tagged along and had a great day, my sister, parents, aunt and cousin found each their lovely tree and we relaxed in the hut celebrating 3rd Sunday in advent. My mother created an awesome soup which tasted lovely, especially in this December weather. Though it unbelievable hot to be in this part of the year. Here are some shots I took with my new iPhone – I’ve decided that I don’t like the camera on it..

Men mamma, pappa, søster, tante og kusine fant noen flotte trær – pluss at vi hadde det utrolig koselig. Vi benyttet sjansen til å feire tredje søndag i advent med sang og Lusse-katter som min søster hadde laget. Senere spiste vi kjempegod suppe som mamma hadde laget. En utrolig fin dag på hytten – håper vi kan gjenta dette neste år også.

    Det var høst-stemning på øyen, man skulle ikke tro at vi var midtveis i desember. Her er ett par bilder jeg tok:

A pearl where I’ve been every summer since I were a baby. This is the view from the living room :

De hadde tatt seg en tur ut. Nydelig vær, litt over 20 grader og ikke en sky på himmelen. Det var kjempekoselig å være der ute igjen. Jeg får aldri nok av denne utsikten; tror jeg har over 100 bilder av samme utsikt.

    På kaien på Huftamar på vei hjem, det er rart å bruke Huftamar som kai etter alle disse årene med ferge fra Austevollshella. Men med bro er det egentlig kjempekjekt.
