A new system is at works, RSSHugger, an exciting project by Colin Lahay. And ofcourse I have to try that one as well. It looks great and the concept is fun, I wont stand a chance to the big ones but the blog-adventurer I am these days I cant let this go past me. You can either pay $20 or write a post like this to get enlisted. I would write about this anyway so… Right now there is 676 feeds registered, its going to be fun to follow up this service. The Top 100 is reset each month. Here is info from RSSHugger :
The Idea
rssHugger is a unique website that aims to bring bloggers and readers together. rssHugger aims to provide blog owners with a unique easy-to-use way to promote their blogs by sending them traffic, building backlinks for search engine optimization, as well as attracting new rss subscribers if the content is interesting to the reader. rssHugger aims to help visitors be able to easily find blogs that write about subjects they are interested in. These subjects include: internet marketing, making money online, charity, sports, gambling, and many more. If the visitors find a blog that they had not previously heard about, they can easily add it to their RSS readers or bookmark it.

I have signed up for it last week, but was looking for any help on that site in vain.
I couldn’t find how the “Post about it and then get linked thing” works.
I gave up 😉
Did my comment work?
I got a weird window saying something, but it was gone so quick?!
Hi Nicole, sorry about the comment thing. Defensio is playing with me a bit, it classify your comments as spam. 🙁
RSSHugger seems a bit slow. Only 678 blogs now, I guess everything takes time there.
No problem, I was just wondering.
Thing with RSS Hugger is that I have not figured out how it works, grin 🙂
Cool. Something else to check out. 🙂
Interesting idea, the name is really cute!
I added my blog to RssHugger a couple of weeks ago and I haven’t noticed any difference. Let me know if you notice something.
Thanks for stopping by my blog & commenting! 🙂
