“The soil sample came from a trench approximately 2 inches deep. When the robotic arm first reached that depth, it hit a hard layer of frozen soil.”

That’s all well and good, but what does it prove? Do you think they’ll find fossils or remains buried in the ice somewhere? That would be very interesting…
