Christopher make wood look like stained glass

Have you seen anything beautiful like this before? Its wood looking like stained glass, made by Christopher Rini from New York. He didn’t want to reveal yet how he made it, I think its an awesome project and I hope he makes more of it. He said he could put a protective coating on it so it could be used outdoor as well. I’d love something like this on our front door.
